How to do Downward facing dog correctly ✅
Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) is a foundational yoga pose that creates an inverted "V" shape, strengthening the arms/shoulders while stretching the hamstrings and calves. Begin on hands and knees, lift hips high, and press back, keeping knees bent if needed to prioritize a straight spine over straight legs.
It is also an inversion sending blood flow to your brain, for clarity , enhanced creativity and reduced anxiety.
Used as a resting pose in between asanas , it resets the body and your breath~Haaahhh
