My favorite day, married to my favorite person, surrounded by our favorite people. Huge thank you to my parents for a beautiful wedding and my bridesmaids for being by my side and Asal. And of course huge thank you to the best MOH with a nice roast aka speech.

is on the BJJ hip opener. I've posted the 90/90 hip opener before and here is the traveling/more advanced version. Make sure you have complete control within all the movements (no momentum), especially when you pull yourself up and sit back down. Healthy hips are happy hips!

I received some questions on what exercises could be used for improving Lateral power. And here you go: Lateral lunge!
__________________________________________________Make sure the emphasis is to explode from the bottom, therefore do not load it super heavy where you can't get a burst up. Follow your why for doing the drill in the first place!
