Me doing everything but bodybuilding.
I wish I had a dollar for every time I got this question.
And hey, if you LOVE bodybuilding, I love that for you.
But if you’ve been struggling to get in shape because all you see online is “train like a bodybuilder”… this is for you.
Because here’s the thing:
You don’t need to train like a bodybuilder to build a strong, muscular body.
There are so many different ways to train — and the best program isn’t necessarily the one that looks the most impressive on Instagram.
Personally, I’ve always valued movement quality, strength, and athleticism over aesthetics.
Not because I don’t care how my body looks. I absolutely do.
I just think an athletic body is a good-looking body — and I’d rather build a body that can do things, not just look good standing still.
Plus, performance gives you something tangible to work toward.
You can see yourself getting stronger.
Moving better.
Doing things you couldn’t do before.
And THAT is important because if you actually enjoy the way you train, you’re way more likely to stick with it.
Do I personally follow a bodybuilding-style split?
No.
Do I sometimes program them for clients?
Absolutely.
Because there is no one “right” way to train.
Your program should fit you — your goals, your preferences, your lifestyle, and what you actually enjoy doing.
So if you’re tired of trying to force yourself into a fitness routine that doesn’t feel like you…
Let’s find what actually works for YOU.
Comment or DM me “COACH ME” and we’ll chat about what that could look like. 🤍
