1️⃣ Shuffle + circle
2️⃣ Sprint + circle
3️⃣ Crossover + split step

Our Red Ball program is all about building a strong foundation through fun, movement, and age-appropriate games. Every drill has a purpose developing coordination, racket skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for tennis.

It’s amazing to watch these young athletes learn, smile, and grow every time they step on the court. ❤️
