There are no words. There is nothing that I, nor anyone else could say, about what an amazing individual we have all lost. Thank you Joe, for your words last night during our moment of silence to remember and honor Jason. I personally only knew him a short time, but it didn’t matter, we talked pantless dent repair, we talked baseball, we talked dad stuff….just like we were old buddies. At the end of last season, he told me that he was taking a year off, but would be back in 2027 when his youngest was of age to play. What an amazing man, and truly what an unspeakable loss. As said last night, Mexico Little League will be working to amend the name of our majors field in remembrance of Jason Poissant. Jay’s CCC will be a forever sponsor for the program we all know he loved so much. This world, and our league, will never be the same. Rest in piece Jay…
