🎆 Best Blast on the Beach – Important Safety & Traffic Information!

Join us on Saturday, July 4, at 8:30 p.m. (CT) for Mexico Beach's Best Blast on the Beach fireworks spectacular! Fireworks will be launched from the beach near the intersection of Highway 386 and Highway 98 (near the county line).

To ensure a safe celebration, please note the following temporary closures:

🚫 Beach Closure: The beach surrounding the fireworks launch site will be closed beginning July 2 and will remain closed until after the fireworks display has concluded and the Fire Department has deemed the area safe.

🚗 Parking Closure: Public roadside parking along Highway 98 between Sea Street and Highway 386 will close on the evening of July 2 and remain closed through the fireworks display.

🚧 Highway Closure: Highway 98 between Sea Street and Highway 386 will close at approximately 8:00 p.m. on July 4 and will reopen after the event, once it is safe to do so.
