Summer is here.

That means pool days, beach days, late nights, sleeping in, and being a kid.

Good. They earned some of that.

But the habits they built don’t have to disappear.

Move your body.
Get outside.
Do a few push-ups.
Watch something that teaches you.
Stay close to the work.

You don’t need to be perfect all summer.

Just don’t stop completely.

We win, or we learn.

Spring Training asked a lot from these kids. (Sometimes 😄)

They worked. They moved. They pushed through tough days. They had fun. They kept showing up.

This outing is our way of bringing it all together one last time before summer break.

A little pool time. A little pizza. A little workout. A long walk with the team. And one more chance to laugh, hang out, and celebrate what they built together.

That’s a pretty great way to wrap up the program.

School may be wrapping up, but the work doesn’t have to stop.

A little movement. A little learning. A little discipline.

That’s how kids come back stronger, sharper, and more confident when the season rolls around again.

Summer is too short. Have fun. Stay connected. And keep growing with our Grapplers family.

Last Friday practice of the season.

One more night to bring it in, work hard, laugh a little, sweat a lot, and finish together.

This group has given us energy, effort, and plenty of reasons to be proud.

To all of our Grapplers families, we hope everyone has a safe, fun, and energetic summer.

Stay active. Stay healthy. Stay together.

Some wrestlers walk into the room with big energy.

Some walk in quiet.

Both can be strong.

Girls wrestling teaches confidence in a way that doesn’t always need a spotlight. Sometimes it shows up in the way she listens. The way she keeps coming back. The way she stands a little taller after doing something hard.

That kind of confidence matters.

And we love watching it grow.

For this week’s Sponsor Spotlight we are bringing back, CrossFit Stealth to help spread the word of their amazing summer program designed for kids.

We’re proud to spotlight them again and Grapplers Coach John Leonardis as they launch The Lab Youth Performance Program, beginning June 28 for its 2nd year.

This is a great step for any child and especially for all of our Grapplers who just finished the Spring program and want to keep building momentum.

The Lab gives young athletes a chance to continue developing strength, confidence, movement, and work ethic in a focused training environment.

Coach John has already poured so much into our wrestlers, and we’re excited to see this opportunity available for local kids who want to keep growing.

The wrestler they become later is built by what they do today.

Not every practice feels huge.
Not every rep gets noticed.
Not every hard day comes with a medal.

But the work still counts.

Show up. Get better. Come back again.

That’s how it starts to add up.

We win, or we learn.

And because it’s Monday night…

LET’S GO KNICKS.
