Here are a few important reminders to help make your convention day run smoothly!
Studio Check-In:Studios can check in all of their dancers at once! Be sure to stop by our registration table when you arrive.
Schedules:Hard copies of the day's schedule will be available at check-in!
Lunch: Dancers should bring their own lunch and snacks to enjoy during the scheduled lunch break.
Observer Bands:Available for purchase on-site for $25.
Dancer Movement: Dancers may move between rooms throughout the day. Our amazing staff will be there to help guide everyone!
College Audition Class:High School Dancers, don't miss our special Sacred Heart University Audition Class & Q&A from 4:30–6:00 PM! Advance registration is required. https://forms.gle/gswQnXYgTweqqtgK7
TRUE KINDNESS COMMITMENT:Bring a NEW, unwrapped toy for our Kids for Kids holiday donation drive! Drop it off with Santa Tina near our merch table and receive one raffle ticket for every toy donated. You could win FREE merchandise or a FREE Frequency Dance Challenge convention!
On-Site Physical Therapy: Next Stage Performance and Dr. Marisa Kinsey will be on-site offering Body Reset Sessions to help dancers recover, improve mobility, and feel their best! Appointments are limited, so be sure to book your session in advance!
End-of-Day Showcase: Get ready to celebrate an incredible day of dancing, inspiration, and scholarship opportunities!
