Music, movement, and summer memories are coming to FIT4MOM 🎶☀️

Miss Becki’s Music Class officially launches June 25 and we are so excited for this new addition to our summer schedule! This playful, interactive class is designed for babies, toddlers, and their grownups with songs, instruments, movement activities, and plenty of opportunities for connection and fun.

Stay after class for park play and community time at Ponderosa Park. No musical experience needed, just come ready to sing, dance, and make memories together 🤍

Join us after Stroller Barre on Wednesday, June 10 for a homemade rainbow kite craft! These member activities are such a fun way for moms and little ones to spend extra time together after class while building friendships with other families in the village.

Meet the Owner: Kristina 😎

Behind every FIT4MOM village is someone who believes deeply in supporting moms. For FIT4MOM, that person is Kristina.

Before becoming the owner, Kristina spent years as a teacher. Her background in education shaped the way she builds community, leads classes, and supports moms through every stage of motherhood. She understands how important encouragement, patience, and connection are, and that shows up in everything she does.

Kristina is also a mom to Cassidy and Bo, who are a big part of why this community means so much to her. Like many moms, she knows how isolating motherhood can feel at times. Creating a space where moms can move their bodies, bring their kids, and find real friendships is what drives her every day.

FIT4MOM is not just a fitness program for Kristina. It is a place where moms feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated. Seeing friendships form, confidence grow, and moms show up for themselves is what keeps her passionate about this work.

If you have not met Kristina yet, come say hi at class. She would love to welcome you into the village.

Meet us at Nancy’s Towne House on Tuesday, June 30 at 7 PM for a casual night out with local moms. No agenda, no workout, no kids to chase around. Just pizza, drinks, conversation, and a chance to relax with people who understand this stage of life.

A workout for you and playtime for them? Yes please 🙌

Join us Wednesday, June 17 at The Playroom for a special Stroller Barre class in a fully temperature controlled indoor space designed for little ones to safely explore and play while moms get their workout in. This is such a great option for summer when the temperatures start climbing and you still want movement, community, and something fun to do together.

Only $10 per family and open to members and non-members... bring your grippy socks!
