As you know, on October 23-26, 2026, I'm proud to be cohosting (along with Grand Master Gordon Jue) an ITF International Instructors Course led by Grand Master Trevor Nicholls and Grand Master Robert Wheatley, both world renowned ITF leaders.

Friday the course will be held at our dojang in West Caldwell. Saturday and Sunday will be held at the Double Tree Hilton in Fairfield, NJ. There will also be an awards banquet held at the hotel Saturday night.

Friday 6-8pm - This session focuses on gup (color belt) material.

Saturday and Sunday are open to 1st Gup (Red Belt/Black Stripe and up). We highly recommend all 1st Gups attend the entire course (not just the Friday night session). You are being invited to train along with black belts under a handful of Grand Masters. Take advantage of this rare opportunity as you prepare for your Black Belt Grading.

The banquet is included in many of our IIC pricing options. However, for colored belts (up to Red Belt), as well as guests who wish to attend, we are offering a la carte registration for the banquet.

Black Belts, please recall:

3rd Degree Black Belts MUST have participated in an IIC within 3 years of an upcoming grading.

4th Degree Black Belts (and up) MUST hold International Instructor Certification prior to any grading. IIC certificates expire every three years.

6th Dans and up should have 2 IIC's under their belt between gradings (based on the IIC's 3 year duration).

Happy World Wushu-Kungfu Day!

August 8th marks the 9th World Wushu-Kungfu Day! This October Wushu debuts as an official sport at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games.
You can experience Wushu with us, schedule a free lesson online. We offer Modern Wushu, Traditional Wushu, and Tai Chi. All classes are beginner friendly, no previous experience required.
