Starting September 9th, we’re opening the room every Wednesday night for wrestlers AGES 8 AND UP who want more live mat time, tougher goes, and a chance to compete against different partners.

🤼 Open to EVERYONE — you do not have to be a Be Well Be Wild wrestler!

Come ready to wrestle. Live Night is about getting quality matches, pushing the pace, building confidence, and getting better through competition.

🔥 FREESTYLE FRIDAYS — FALL SESSION 🤼‍♂️

For wrestlers who are serious about freestyle and want to continue developing their wrestling year-round.

Freestyle isn’t something we want our wrestlers touching for only a few months each year. Freestyle Fridays gives committed freestyle competitors a place to keep sharpening their skills, getting live matches, and building on what they’ve developed throughout the spring and summer.

This is a competitors-only room built around serious training and LIVE WRESTLING.

🔥 Continue developing freestyle technique
🤼 Get consistent live matches
🧠 Improve mat awareness, positioning & scoring
💪 Stay sharp throughout the folkstyle season
🌎 Build toward long-term freestyle success

🔥 HIGH SCHOOL / OPEN FALL FOLKSTYLE WRESTLING 🔥

Fall is where we put in the work that shows up during the winter season.

This year we’re running a FULL 12-WEEK FALL SESSION, taking our wrestlers all the way up to the start of the winter season. No long break. No losing momentum. The goal is to have everyone walking into their high school rooms conditioned, sharp, confident, and ready to wrestle from Day 1.

Over these 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:
🤼 Folkstyle technique & high-percentage wrestling
💪 Strength, conditioning & wrestling shape
🔥 Hard drilling and live wrestling
🧠 Match preparation, mindset & confidence
🏆 Building toward a successful winter season

🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 6:30–8:00 PM
🤼 High School / Open Age

Consistency matters. Commitment matters. This session is for wrestlers who want to use the entire fall to prepare themselves to have their best winter season.

We’re excited for another strong fall with our Little Wild Wrestlers!

This year’s Fall Session is a 12-WEEK SEASON, designed to give our wrestlers the consistency, mat time, and preparation they need heading directly into the winter wrestling season.

🔥 FULL COMMITMENT REQUIRED
This session is for experienced and approved returning wrestlers who are ready to show up consistently, work hard, and continue developing.
