Came up just a little bit short this weekend finishing 2nd overall after leading the first 20 laps of the finale. Certainly stings but nothing to hang our heads on as we had everything fall our way the entire weekend up until that final restart.

If I had to pick a car to run second to, no doubt it would be the 11P. Jon was the first person I reached out to with questions after seeing mod lites in person for the first time and considering getting back into racing. Having never even met me Jon offered to let me hot lap his car. That speaks to the kind of person he is, and truly a great ambassador for the class. You won’t find a better guy in the pits. Wish I would have won? Sure… but that dude puts in the hours and there’s nobody more deserving.

Looking forward to next season!

Thanks to all my supporters!

Solid showing last night at Boone Speedway for the IMCA Racing super nationals. We were able to pickup the win in our prelim feature which will put us on the front row to start tonight’s BIG DANCE!

Huge shoutout to Robie Jakoubek and TRC Chassis for allowing me to pilot this #2 hot rod. So far she’s been pretty sporty.

We will have to find some speed though if we want to be in contention for the big win tonight but we’re up for the challenge!

Let’s go DANCING!

After an 8 week hiatus we decided to dust off the 171 and head to Coles County Speedway last night. Car was flawless all night and we were able to pick up the feature win!

Thanks to all those who help and support our race program! Little crew chief was very happy to get his picture taken at the end of the night!

P2 last night at East Moline Speedway.

Car was really good, we made it close at the end but really hard to beat the 11P… even harder when he starts from the pin!

Crew chief got to test fit the 11T hot rod… retirement is near 😂

Had a good time at the Cornbelt Clash in Iowa this past weekend.

We ended up 6th overall in the points for the weekend with over 30 cars each night.

P2 at Marshalltown, P17 at Boone 🤢, and P8 at Stuart.

We were really good in the slick, but struggled in the hammer down Saturday and Sunday. Really happy with the progress we made on the heavy track conditions throughout the weekend and looking forward to seeing how that translates throughout the rest of the season.

Big thanks to everyone that tagged along. We had a really good time and the extra help is an added bonus!

P7 last night at Southern Illinois Raceway. Car was good, driver sucked, pit crew is getting better.

Had a lot of fun!

Had a first this weekend as well… took a spring straight to the face after the 18G got fenced in front of me during the heat race. The officials’ face when I handed it to him under caution was priceless 😂. In all honesty it could have been bad… don’t skimp on your safety equipment!

Picked up the win last night at Coles County Speedway. First night out in the new hot rod, took a little tuning but our crew chief got us dialed in for the feature.

Special shoutout to Brian Kidder and LogoWear, LLC for letting me borrow his truck as mine was having engine problems.

Also, I can’t say enough about Troy and TRC Chassis and all his help. You won’t find a better more genuine person, and he builds a kick ass race car. This car turned out great, none of that would be possible without his support.

Thanks to all my supporters, hopefully we can continue to build on a solid start!
