The Power Mile is coming…Don’t miss it.

And don’t forget to Recycle Your Running Shoes at The Power Mile

PMTC will be collecting gently worn, used or new sneakers at the Power Mile Road Race on July 25, 2026. (Shoes will be donated to Sneaker Reuse & Recycling Program)

(Shoes must be in wearable condition.
No holes, No rips. No tears. Sole must still be attached. Soles must have tread on them. And no wet shoes.)

We hope to see you tomorrow Greek Fest! This past week we did broken Ks to gear up for the race. If you’re looking to hone in your speed, join us Tuesdays at 6pm for a dedicated speed workout locations posted in stories. Sundays at 6 AM in front of Audubon Park St Charles entrance. Long run Paces up to 830 welcome to long run with us.
