And just like that… we’re dancing again. 💗✨

From our Tiny Steps taking some of their very first steps into the studio, to our school-age dancers, teens, and high school students filling the rooms—we are SO happy to be back.

This is just a little snapshot of some of the classes happening this week, but all three of our studios are buzzing with energy, excitement, music, movement, and so many happy dancers.

There’s nothing quite like the first week back. Welcome back, MDT. We missed this. 💕

MEET MISS HALEY:
Haley is starting her 6th year teaching at MDT! She’s been dancing with Metropolitan since she was 9 years old. She attended Willow High School’s Musical Theater program and went on to be captain of her college dance team in Atlanta. Haley is so excited to get back in the studio and dance with some of her favorite people. Outside of Metropolitan, she teaches kindergarten at a local school and mentors with a youth leadership organization. In her free time she is a Season 6 dancer with the Jamettes (so catch her on the Mardi Gras route)! If you are ready to get lost in the music and find yourself in the dance, she is your girl. Let’s have a fun year growing in our dancing skills!

And she’s bringing the middle school magic every Thursday at MDT!

Miss Haley has a special gift for this age group. Her superpowers? Creating community, bringing out showmanship, and choreography packed with confidence, personality, and serious GIRL POWER. 💥

Her classes are especially perfect for dancers around ages 10–12 because they’re truly mixed-level spaces. Experienced dancers will be challenged and pushed to grow, while dancers who are returning to dance—or ready to begin their dance journey—will find an inviting, age-appropriate place to jump in.

No matter where they’re starting, dancers get to learn alongside their peers, build confidence, find their people, and be both respected AND challenged.

Middle school can be a lot. Finding a place where you belong makes all the difference. 💜
