COMING TO GRIP WITH REALITY:

Step 1, Being honest with yourself and others.
Step 2, Asking for help.
Step 3, Overcoming the fear of said reality.
Step 4, Coming back stronger then ever!

I have been tasked by the lovely Shirley Townsend Colvin and my daughter Tori Borja to promote my own Caring Bridge in the hopes of finding help with what’s about to happen. If you know me well enough, you know that I’m not one to ask for help, especially of this nature. I’m pretty healthy for an old guy, but it looks like the ticker needs an upgrade, which will put me out of work for a few months to say the least. While I’m sure I can miss a few meals those bills they keep coming. Looks like my insurance will handle everything else but those pesky monthly bills. So I’m not just asking for prayers, well wishes, and good vibes, i’m going to need to shake these cans… or CAN in this instance on the corner for change. Please, Sir or Madame, can you spare a buck for this old… duck? 😉 This has to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do! Please share with your circle if have a mind to. Thank you, much love! So it looks like planet fitness and most other gyms in the local area are closed for the foreseeable future because of the coronavirus. That being said I will be available to train you on location within the local metro area or at my home facility. We can do one on one or group sessions and I have lots of space for social distancing. Two Wolves - A Cherokee Legend:

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. "A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

The moral is... "That which receives energy, grows." Be careful what you feed! Happy Friday!! 😃

Adding up all my steps for Jazz Fest I come out with a seven day average of 24,000 steps per day. Not too shabby for this old man! Ask me how I can help you get into the best shape of your life!
