This is 14U putting in the hard work to get ready for the upcoming travel season. These guys have been giving up Saturday mornings for the past month to get better. We've been focusing on endurance consisting of EMOM40's, gotta do 12 Days of Xmas, and today's focus was AMRAP5 X 5. This happens in my back yard A.K.A The Pain Cave!

I've got INOV-8, INOV-8 lifters, Strike Mvmnt, Altra's, AirWaav, Feetures socks, Bear Komplex, Tifosi sunglasses Freeze Sleeves and probably a few shoe sales on INOV-8 as well. Like we say in New Orleans, "I Got Dat!' The "I will work for shoes carboard sign may go up? What will she be working for, INOV-8 or Strike Mvmnt?
