* **6 PM – Open Mat BJJ**: Perfect for grapplers of all levels to roll, refine, and elevate their ground game.
* **7 PM – Open Mat Sparring**: Build your hands, sharpen your timing, and gain real experience in a **safe, controlled environment** designed to help you grow.
