And just like that, she closes out the year with a BANG!!! In Hannah's very first Bikini Competition she earned 1st Place in Bikini Open, 1st Place Bikini Novice, and 2nd Place in Bikini debut at the OCB Desert Valley Natural Show in Tucson Arizona. I met Hannah back in 2022. I mentioned to her that I felt she was what it takes to compete in Bikini and win if she ever decided to do a show. Fast forward a few years later, Hannah agreed to start her 16 week prep and promised she would be all in 100%. From the day prep started, Hannah lived up to the promise she made me.

Earlier this year, Hannah went through the hardest thing any daughter could ever experience. No matter how many difficult times she faced throughout her Prep, she never gave up. From sleepless nights to emotional days, Hannah always got up. Yes there was times that she wanted to quit but always found ways to never give up. As a Coach, you always want your clients in the best mental state during prep. I'm usually good at finding the right words to always make things better, but this time, I was lost on what to say to help Hannah through the darkness.
Thank you so much to Hannah's Mom for being the one person she was able to go through during those times.

Hannah, you are a fighter and have the heart of a champion. If anyone knows your whole story, you would be the one person to inspire them to never give up and would be able to accomplish anything no matter how hard life gets. Thank you Hannah for trusting and believing to be your Coach. I'm so proud of you. I always knew you would be a Star on stage, I'm so happy you now believe it for yourself. You Did it !!! 💪👙💪

I was trying to find the right words before I made this post, just like every other post, I'll speak from my heart. I would like to say I'm very proud of Devonne for competing at NPC Universe 2025 in New Jersey. Devonne, you are truly an inspiration on how you conducted yourself through this entire prep. No matter how many hours you had to work or how many obstacles you had to overcome, you always showed up every day and did your very best. Unfortunately, while going into your cut, you got a severe knee injury. Most people would have given up, but you pushed through this huge setback and never made any excuses. You always gave 100% even if your knee was much less than 50%. Your dedication and determination to stick it out and follow through with the show was truly admiring. Your Never Give Up attitude is something only certain individuals have. Although the result wasn't what we wanted, I'm very proud of you, and you truly inspired me in so many ways... Thank you once again for trusting and believing in me as your Coach to get you ready to compete at the National Level.

"Thankful"
In 2017, Rachel came into a gym i was training at and was looking for a Trainer to help her prep for her first Bikini show. Without any hesitation, I told Rachel I could be the one to prep her. Thankfully, she said yes, and the journey began. Rachel won 1st place at the first show she competed in. Due to her discipline and dedication both inside and outside the gym, she has been my most winningest athlete with numerous 1st Place Victories, not to mention placing top 2 and 3 at Nationals in multiple shows. Thank you Rachel for choosing me as you Coach and for Believing and Trusting in me to always get you ready to be the best version of you. Each year we preped, you constantly improved your overall look. This year, we decided to keep prep a secret and planned to go into your shows with a Fuller lean look. We once again achieved those goals. Congratulations for once again winning 1st in both NPC New Mexico State Open and at Muscle Contest NPC Masters 2024 National Show!!! All i can say is.. "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number". Thank you again Rachel for always choosing me as your Coach. You are in a position where you could choose any of the top teams to help prep you, but instead, you continue to choose me. As your Coach, you bring out the best in me.
