Thank you to all the competitors that made our trial this weekend so much fun! Jan Skurzynski is so much fun to work with and trial under, hope you all had as much fun as we did! Without each and everyone of you stepping up and working the weekend could not happen. I always hesitate to start mentioning individuals because I know I will forget someone, but just know that everyone is greatly appreciated! Having such a great group of people is a blessing and makes the job of trial chair so much easier! See you at the next trial!

Thank you to all the competitors who came and helped make the trial run smoothly! Karen Wlodarski had some great courses and is such a joy to work with! Thank you to everyone on the trial committee, ( Kim Fuqua, Nancy Carson, Barbara Sullivan, Robin Dettman, and Suzanne Pindar)our volunteers, our course builder, ( Ellen Rowe) our trial secretary( Kim Fuqua), our chief ring steward ( Amy Gloman), Hospitality ( Robin Dettman and Barbara Sullivan) and Don Fuqua for always cooking his amazing barbeque. Thank you Suzanne for working so hard so we have a nice facility. As you all know it takes a village to make these things work and we couldn't do it without everyone pitching in and it's much appreciated. Always super fun when someone gets a MACH at one of our trials! Congratulations Nancy De Costa and Kenley!!!! Hope to see you all back in April!! Courtney Moore is our judge and we will be having ISC at the end of the day!

Thank you to all of the competitors that braved the winter weather and joined us for the Rio Grande Obedience Club Trial! You all were great at stepping up and working! I, and all the committee, really appreciate it! Loretta Zich had some really fun, challenging courses! Suzanne Pindar works really hard to keep Power of Dogs going and we so appreciate having such an amazing facility! Hope to see you at the end of the month for the WSAC trial!

So much work goes into making these trials happen, as trial chair I couldn't have done it with out the trial committee members. David Nauer had some really fun yet challenging courses for us. I want to thank all of the competitors for a great weekend at the WSAC Feb 2-4, 2024 agility trial at Power of Dogs in La Mesa, NM. Thank you for always jumping in to help out, even when the weather on Friday and Saturday was terrible ( thank goodness we were undercover, thank you Suzanne Pindar for your great facility!). Lisa Jarvis is a fantastic judge to work with and her courses were great, thank you Lisa! The NM agility community always has a way of coming together and it always brings a tear to my eye. Thanks to all of the amazing donations and amazing generosity we raised $937 in the raffle for Sandra! There are never enough words to say how much that is appreciated. I think for the most part everyone embraced the Love Theme for the weekend, I saw lots of dogs being hugged! I know mine were, no matter what! Putting on a trial takes an army behind it, and I want to thank the trial committee: Ruth Christopher, Nancy Carson, Marcy Sepulvada, Kim Fuqua, Suzanne Pindar, and Robin Dettman for all of your help before, during, and after the trial! Ruth did an amazing job in hospitality, Gail Feeley helped a lot before the trial but was unfortunately sick and couldn't attend, and many people stepped in and helped during the trial! I don't want to take a chance and miss anyone so not naming names, but we couldn't have done it without each of you! Kim Fuqua is always an amazing trial secretary! Thank you! Ellen Rowe and everyone who helped her build courses, thank you! Nancy Carson for being a great Chief Ring Steward, thank you! I know she appreciated everyone stepping in to work. WSAC is very sorry to have to announce that we have to cancel our trial planned for Mayhill July 7-9, 2023. Unfortunately the facility is experiencing some staffing issues and have no one available to hold events. They have been trying to hire someone for months and we held off making this decision hoping that it would come through. We are coming up against deadlines now and can not continue to wait. We are looking at some Fall dates and hopefully will hold another trial at Power of Dogs in La Mesa, NM. If you had RV reservations and mentioned you were coming for the dog show they will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding

The White Sands Agility Club's October Agility trial is in the books! My 3rd as Trial Chair. What a weekend! 💖 We ran a lot of Agility at the new Power of Dogs venue in La Mesa NM. We were the first trial at this beautiful site so there were some challenges as is to be expected. Mother Nature decided to add to it by giving us extremely unusual rains for our Southwest desert. 🌧️☔ Suzanne Pindar, owner of POD, and my fellow White Sands Agility Club members worked on solutions to every issue that came up. We were lucky that our Chief Course builder was Ellen Rowe. Her expertise makes it look easy along with a great attitude and sense of humor. Amy Gloman, our Chief Ring Steward, also makes it seem like it's easy to fill every job for every class and have everyone in place on time!! We also had an awesome group of competitors that were up to the challenges and our judge, Bill Pinder, kept things moving with fun and challenging courses. Best of all we got to spend time with our dogs and people that love dogs! What more can you ask for? Thank you to everyone that came to our event!!
