🤠🇺🇸 2026 First Responder Fundraiser 🇺🇸🤠

There’s something special about neighbors coming together to take care of their own, and that’s exactly what this night is all about.

Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 6:00–10:00 PM at P&M Arena for an evening of western fun, friendly competition, and giving back to the men and women who answer the call when our community needs them most.

Last year, because of the generosity of our community, we proudly raised $4,150 for our local police officers and firefighters. This year, we’re aiming even higher with a goal of raising more than $6,000, and we know that with your support, we can make it happen.

The evening will feature:

🔹Local vendors
🔹Silent auction
🔹Fun for the entire family
🔹So much more

We are currently seeking business sponsors, silent auction donations, vendors, and dedicated volunteers who want to be part of something meaningful. Big things are riding in on the horizon and we’re looking for a good crew to help make them happen! We have two big events coming up — our First Responder Event on October 10th and our Youth Clinic, sponsored by Elks Lodge #2349, taking place December 12-13th.

It takes a village, good people, and a whole lot of teamwork to put these events together, and we’re looking to build strong committees to help make them something special.

We will be holding committee meetings on June 15th at P&M Arena.

• Youth Clinic Committee Meeting — 6 PM
• First Responder Event Committee Meeting — 7 PM

If you’d like to be involved, lend a hand, or help create something great for the community, just show up and be part of it!

For our P&M members, this is also a great opportunity to get your volunteer hours knocked out while giving back and helping make these events one to remember.

📢 P&M Members Update 📢

Starting this Friday, P&M Members Night will be moving to Friday evenings from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

As we head into the hotter months, the safety of our members, horses, volunteers, and caretakers remains our top priority. Please note that if the temperature is 105°F or higher at 5:00 PM, Members Night will be canceled due to extreme heat conditions.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility as we navigate the summer heat. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and we’ll see you at the arena Friday night!

🌵🐴 Desert Spur Trail Series – Early Sign Up is OPEN! 🐴🌵

We are 3/4 of the way through the series, and it’s getting good! Don’t miss your chance to jump in and finish strong.

👉 To sign up early, please comment your NAME and the CLASS you’re entering.
⏳ Early sign up closes Saturday at 8:00 PM — no exceptions!
📍 You can still sign up in person on 2/22.

Community Support in Action! 🙌🐎

We are incredibly grateful to Salt River Materials for their generous donation of sand to P&M Arena 501c3. This upgrade is going to make a huge difference in our arena footing and overall riding experience!

A big thank you as well to Iron Spur DirtWorx and Houston’s for hauling the sand in. We truly appreciate their time and effort to get us this amazing sand and help make this improvement possible.

Because of these businesses stepping up, our arena continues to grow and improve for our riders and horses. We are so excited and can’t wait for everyone to come out and enjoy the improved ground!

🚨🚨Desert Spur Trail Series Peeps🚨🚨

Due to the high chance of rain this weekend — and with many of our riders hauling in from 2–4 hours away — the Desert Spur Series scheduled for November 16th is officially cancelled.

We never want to call off a show, but rider safety and good trail conditions come first. Thank you all for understanding, and we’ll keep you posted on the rescheduled date.
