CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that brings together athletes and individuals in the common pursuit of elite fitness. We perform constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity, all done in a supportive group environment. No matter your age or level of ability, the CrossFit program is designed to be scaled to allow the average individual to perform side by side with the
elite athlete. At CrossFit Incite, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, tractor tires, battle ropes, open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. We are a community that supports and motivates one another to reach new fitness goals and set new standards for ourselves each and every day. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime. Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
