We hope this letter finds you well. It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you that we will be closing 1Stop-fitness. It has been a great pleasure serving you and your fitness needs over the years, and we are grateful for the love and support you have shown us.
The location of 1Stop-fitness is going to be Odyssey Fitness LLC and Tyler Smith Training and Rachel will be there as usual.

My client, Reiko, has been training with me once a week via Zoom since March.
Her main symptoms were tension in the left shin, lower back pain, hip joint pain, back stiffness, stiff shoulders, and swollen legs.
Just changing her breathing, she started feeling the good change.

Hello, everyone!

I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist and have been doing this for 17 years.
I am now Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist(PES 2.0). This focuses on women's bodies, and that knowledge also applies to men.

I am having the workshop for women with lower & mid back pain, leaking, hip pain, neck & shoulder pain, SI joint pain, etc.
I focus on Pelvic Floor muscles, breathing, muscle imbalances, and other things and show you how to create a strong posture using the glutes and core.

Home training idea

Hello everyone, we hope you and your loved ones are doing well.

Due to the latest information from the governor of Arizona, we are allowed to open our gym tomorrow. However, most people are not comfortable with his decision, we are taking time to get back to our normal schedule. If clients come, we clean, sanitize and wipe everything after our clients as we always do.

We will still be conducting online fitness training as we have been with those clients that want to continue their training.

Hello good people of 1STOP-FITNESS.

We just wanted to give you all an update about what's going on with the opening back up of our gym!

Gyms in the state of Arizona are not considered to be essential businesses so we will not be opening back up to the public!

The stay at home rule is still in affect from the governor until May 15th in which only certain business's can open, but not gyms at that time.

Please stay tuned and thank you for your patience!

We will still be conducting online fitness training as we have been with those clients that want to continue their training.
