Before any technique is used against a bully, first comes setting boundaries. In our kids' program, we have conversations focused not only on how to physically defend ourselves but also on using a strong, confident voice and posture.

To some it may seem unusual to throw strikes at a Jiu Jitsu school, but for us, this is standard training. We prepare our students for real-world situations by simulating a fight with controlled yet dynamic drills at least once a week.
