Today was a celebration of all the hard work our kids put in over the past month, with our main focus being CITIZENSHIP. đź‘Š

Citizenship is about being responsible, respectful, helpful, and making good choices both on and off the mat. These are important lessons that go far beyond Jiu-Jitsu, and we’re proud to see our students putting them into practice.

A huge thank you to all of our parents for your patience, support, and encouragement. 🙏 Your involvement plays a big part in helping us build not only better Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, but better people.

Meet Gracie Black Belt Steve Brown. At 70 years old, Steve is still on the mat, still training, and still improving.

For some people, the idea of being physically active at 70 may seem impossible. But at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mesa, we believe age or athletic ability should never be a reason to stop learning, growing, and challenging yourself.

Our school is built around a safe, ego-free environment where students work together to perfect their techniques. Even during more intense sparring, you can rest assured that your training partner will take care of you and train with control and respect.
