I call this my therapy.
Not because the gym fixes everything.
But this is where I clear my head, work through some things, pray, and remind myself that I can still do hard things.
For a long time, I thought I needed to feel motivated to train.
I’ve learned motivation comes and goes.
So now I lean on something better:
Discipline.
Consistency.
A plan that fits my real life.
Most days, I don’t need two hours.
I need 30–45 focused minutes to move, get stronger, reset my head, and get back to the rest of my day.
And that’s been the payoff for me.
Not just looking better.
Feeling better. Moving better. Having more energy. And becoming someone I can count on.
If you need a plan that fits your life instead of taking it over, my Pete Proformance app is built for that.
DM me “APP” and I’ll send you the link to unlock 7 days free.
