Very grateful the Lord blessed me with this opportunity and gave me strength to not quit. I wouldn't have done it without the support of my husband and family.

When I'm becoming physically strong, I become mentally strong and spiritually strong in my relationship with Jesus Christ. It's all related.

I notice a big difference on my mental health and spiritual health when I don't exercise. Anybody else?

I love how scriptures can be used as workout motivation and love using exercise as an act of worship!
