The Stretching class & Line Dance class, taught by Susan Tuttle, are cancelled this week, Monday Feb. 10th and Wednesday Feb. 12th.
Back to normal Week of February 17th.

Hello VP - after any exercise program, a good stretch is very beneficial for our bodies. It allows a good cooldown, eases stiffness by clearing your muscles of lactate acid and helps lengthen & loosen muscles which tend to tighten during exercise. Follow along with the attached poster - note that there are no floor exercises until partway through the series. This allows your heart rate to return to normal before getting on the floor. Make stretching a regular part of your exercise routine.

For those who want to try or look at the 30 Day Exercise Challenge, we have it organized 🤞and running. Join us and do as many days as you wish - we will have a program printed and available on Monday.
The class will be held in the Kokopelli Room, just off the ballroom. It will run in there at 9:00am Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and on Friday it will be in the ballroom at 9:00am.
This is a Jessica Smith DVD and is a free class.
Regular walking class will still run in the ballroom at 8:00am.
