As of July 31, Gateway Christian School will officially be closing its doors after 45 years of service. We want to thank all that have been faithfully involved, administration, teachers, volunteers, parents and students all through the years who have worked feverishly to make sure the students, not only had a good academic education, but that they learned to follow the Lord in their daily walk.

Well, the time has truly flown by this year. I'd like to remind you all of some upcoming events till the end of the year.
Wednesday, May 17th we will have BBQ chicken with mac and cheese, dessert and a drink for $3. If your child does not want that, please pack their lunch.
Pre-school, kindergarten and elementary are going to the Lehigh Valley Zoo on Friday, May 19th. What fun!!
Memorial Day is fast approaching. There is 1/2 day on May 26 and off on the 29th. We are returning on the 30, 31 and 1/2 day on the 1st which is the last day of school.
June the 2nd is our awards program at 7pm in the school chapel.
Please get your reenrollment in as soon as possible

The high school kids are back from convention at Tuscarora Inn and conference center. What a great experience to hang out with other Christian teens and hear God’s word every evening in rally.

Just a quick reminder, tomorrow, March 31 is a half a day. We have school Monday, April 3 and Tuesday April 4. April 5th is a half a day. Easter vacation/spring break is April 6-10, coming back on April 11.

Good morning! Tomorrow is the first day of spring. Where has the time gone. James 4:14.
Our weeks have been so very busy at school. We have been practicing for the spring concert which is this Friday at 7pm. High school will be performing the skits and songs that they will take to convention in April. The younger classes have been also practicing. It will be a good time.
I have seen very good academics this year with a lot of the students working hard on their studies. I will be giving college SAT's on Wednesday to three of our Juniors. It is a privilege to be able to give this test in house. The students previously had to go to another high school to take them.
Mrs. I has started working on the yearbook. Will be trial and error for both of us since we've never done it before.

Good Morning. We have been busy at GCS. Wednesday, Pastor MIller was in to minister to our kids. They always look forward to him coming in to encourage them.
On Friday, February 17, we are having our annual Winter fun feast. It is a whole day of fun and food with games and prizes.
Senior High is headed for Regional Student Convention in April. They are anxiously preparing for this competitive event.
Our school board recently installed new lights in our gym. They are great!! Stop in to take a look.
Pastor Schmidt will be in for chapel on the 22nd of February to minister.
