DEFENSE STARTS HERE. 🔒🥍

Week 1 of the Tier One Defense Academy was all about getting to WORK.

Footwork. Positioning. Stick work. Ground balls. Communication. The little things that turn a good defender into a problem for every offense they face.

We’re not looking for players to just survive a matchup. We’re building defenders who take it personally when somebody tries to score.

Week 1 ✅
Plenty more work ahead.

WEEK 1 IN THE BOOKS. 🥍🔥

The Offense Academy came out WORKING.

High reps. Fast pace. Shooting, dodging, footwork, decision-making all focused on building more confident and dangerous offensive players.

This isn’t just showing up and going through drills. Every rep has a purpose. Every week we build.

Week 1 set the tone. Now we turn it up. 📈

Rain is not our friend today. 🌧️

Unfortunately, tonight’s Men’s League games are canceled due to the weather. We’re working on scheduling a makeup date later this week if possible and will keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information.

It’s back. 🔥

The Tier One Offense Academy returns this August after a successful first year that helped players improve their confidence, decision-making, and production on the field.

This isn’t about flashy drills. It’s about building complete offensive players through shooting, IQ, off-ball movement, spacing, and the details that separate good players from great ones.

If you’re ready to level up your game, we’ll see you on the field.
