DEFENSE STARTS HERE. 🔒🥍

Week 1 of the Tier One Defense Academy was all about getting to WORK.

Footwork. Positioning. Stick work. Ground balls. Communication. The little things that turn a good defender into a problem for every offense they face.

We’re not looking for players to just survive a matchup. We’re building defenders who take it personally when somebody tries to score.

This isn’t about flashy drills. It’s about building complete offensive players through shooting, IQ, off-ball movement, spacing, and the details that separate good players from great ones.
