Myhiphopfit with Jarrod A combination of inner core training and dance fitness. This class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. I play mostly top 40 music.

All you need is some breathable clothing, water, and comfortable shoes. Startied going to fitness classes in 2010. Became a fitness instructor in 2012. Got certified with Myhiphopfit, AFFA, spin, Yoga and many more. Teaching is a way for me to leave the stress and pressure of life behind. I love encouraging others to live a more healthy life style by using fitness as an everyday activity. Lets stay fit together!
