We’re kicking off the New Year with something fun, fresh, and exciting at My Absolute Pilates!

Starting January 14th, our Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning classes at both locations will feature a surprise instructor rotation each week 🎉

Each class will be taught by Maria, Pam, or Manuela—but you won’t know who you’re getting until you arrive! Every class will be thoughtfully planned to give you the full benefits of Pilates while keeping your workouts engaging and effective.
