Happy New Year, everyone! Body Concept Chicago welcomes you as you enter 2017 with new fitness goals. We have personal training and group classes available for you to join! All fitness levels are welcome.

Our group class schedule is as follows:

Marissa's Total Body Boot Camp - Monday's and Wednesday's at 7:30 PM

Jene'a Boot Camp - Tuesday's and Thursday's at 7PM

Yoga with Rashidat - Sundays at 2PM

Yoga Class is a mixture of vinyasa/hatha style sequencing with a touch of her own personal style of teaching and deepening.
