We’re incredibly excited about the groups we’ve put together and can’t wait to get to work.

If you’re ready to commit to the work, we’re ready to guarantee the improvement.

Our new Green-Light Shooter Package is an eight-week, evaluation-driven program built for players who want measurable results—not just more reps.

Complete all 8 individual sessions, all 24 prescribed Dr. Dish workouts, any assigned work outside the gym and our standardized post-test. If you don’t demonstrate at least 10% relative improvement, we’ll continue working with you at no additional cost until you do.

To launch the program, we’re offering HUGE savings to the first five athletes who register:

🥇 1st Athlete: $499 — SAVE $500
🥈 2nd Athlete: $599 — SAVE $400
🥉 3rd Athlete: $699 — SAVE $300
4th Athlete: $799 — SAVE $200
5th Athlete: $799 — SAVE $200

After those five spots are claimed, the price returns to $999.

There’s just something special about coming back. ❤️🏀

Had an absolute blast at the Newburyport High Basketball Alumni Game tonight. So many familiar faces, old teammates, coaches, and friends all back in one gym. It’s amazing how basketball has a way of bringing people together, no matter how much time has passed.

The best part, though? Getting to share it with my girls. Watching them run around the gym, make new friends, and experience a place that’s meant so much to me over the years made the night even more memorable.

Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. Already looking forward to the next one!

Our first HPH Half-Pints Camp was a HUGE success! 🏀💜 We had so much fun playing games, learning new skills, creating art, and making new friends!

We’re excited for Round 2 this Friday from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at the HP HQ! Come join us for a fun-filled morning of hoops designed especially for kids ages 4–8.

🚗 Need a ride? I’ve got you!

I’m driving down from the HP HQ in Newburyport for tomorrow’s Sport Visitor Program and have room in the car if anyone wants to come but needs transportation.

🕔 Leaving the HP HQ at 5:00 PM tomorrow and heading to the Salesian Club in East Boston.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is a great chance. It’s an awesome opportunity to meet and play with high school athletes from around the world, make new friends, and just have a ton of fun playing basketball.
