Perfect for athletes ready to build a strong foundation in dance technique! This class will focus on proper body placement, balance, flexibility, strength, spotting, turn technique, leap progressions, jumps, and combinations. Athletes will work on the fundamentals needed to safely and confidently progress their turns and leaps while improving overall technique.
