What a perfect way to enjoy the sun, as today was the first session of Summer Collaborations. Huge thank you to Trinity Summer Care for hosting!

If your kids want to keep the fun going, come to Family Fitness tonight at 1009 E Main St. 6 to 7 pm or open mats 7 to 8pm.

Also strength and stretch starts at 5pm.

Why you ask? Besides the beautiful lake days and sunshine, MMAfit gets to train with the amazing kiddos of Merrill through another year of exciting collaborations with community summer programs!

Fitness and fun can go hand-in-hand, and we are here to assure summer is as fun as possible and kids stay moving.
