It wasn't our intent for people to beat up on Powell Broadcasting/KSUX, but apparently, they are.

A spokesman for the company called and asked us to make this known: the reason they won't give an easement to extend a road which would cross over their property (for a new Pipe Dream location) is because there are transmitters nearby. They have liability and public safety concerns.

Boy, sounds familiar.

We're posting this because we're not jerks. We appreciate their support in prior years.

Well...we met with the Plymouth County zoning committee today to renew our conditional use business permit. We were denied. We've been granted this permit for the past 7 years. In a nutshell, this means Pipe Dream may not be open for 2016. We're trying to figure out our next steps. Prayers and support from all of you would be appreciated! Please share!
