Max here signing on for the last time. Things always happen for a reason. Dreams don't always come true. But I will say this story will end in success. As some know the park was going to take a little more than I was able to put into it. I don't want to give away any details as it is not my place. But this past Friday I sold the property. The new owner is opening it AS A SKATEPARK! I am so thankful. I will definitely patronize the business and hope to meet some of you there!

Max here, tonight I dropped in and rode ramps for the first time in years!!! Landed first try 360 flip as well. Things are falling into place. Will keep you on the edge of your seat and maybe post some pics tomorrow 😜
