I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I also specialize in functional movement and special populations. I enjoy helping my clients move better and feel better!! I love leading various group fitness classes including senior stretching, cardio drumming, Pilates and step and sculpt! In my spare time I enjoy hiking with my family.
