Smoky skies, zero wind, and a hot sun yesterday, but we still managed to make it happen!
The conditions were definitely tough, but the Ed and family ground it out and we put together a really fun multi-species day. We kept the rods bending with a mix of walleyes, some solid bass, and a handful of nice sunfish to round things out. Huge shoutout to the guys for sticking with it in that heat.

First tournament of the year is in the books! Phill and I fished the Walleye Alliance, Inc. spring shootout on Gull lake this past Saturday, despite the high winds we managed to get a top 10 finish! Already looking forward to the next one!
