About Me: Hi, I'm Erin, a Ballet Instructor and Movement Specialist
I am dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness, flexibility, and wellness goals. Through our customized private lessons, I combine classical dance technique with elite somatic training to help you build a balanced, strong, and injury-resistant body.
Every body is different, so I design individualized programs tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals.

​My specialized background includes:

American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Certified Teacher: I am qualified from Pre-Primary through Level 5 to give you precise, high-level classical ballet instruction.

Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor: I focus on mindfulness, breathwork, deep flexibility, and proper alignment.

Certified Pilates Instructor: I tailor these exercises to help you build core stability, functional strength, and pelvic floor engagement.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Certified: I use muscle memory activation to help you improve your posture, weight placement, and deep core strength.

Acrobatique Certified Acrobatics Instructor: I offer expert guidance to safely improve your flexibility and spatial awareness.

Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education: This degree gives me a deep understanding of motor-skill development and how we learn, which helps me break down complex movements easily for you.

What to expect:
This course is built specifically for adults with zero prior experience. We’ll break down the basics of posture, foot positions, and barre work in a supportive, judgment-free environment. This course will give you the building blocks to advance into other classes.

We will use PBT during class and barre work to enhance your understanding of muscle memory, muscle engagement and how to get the most out of your barre work.

This four-week series is a vibrant, welcoming introduction to the art of bellydance, specifically tailored for adults. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some dance background, this workshop focuses on celebrating movement, building core strength, and connecting with your body in a supportive environment.

When: Wednesdays at 8:15 PM
Dates: May 13, May 20, June 3 & June 10
Level: Mixed Level (Beginner-Friendly)
Focus: Isolation, Core Strength, Fluidity

What to Expect
Over the three weeks, we will break down the fundamental "vocabulary" of bellydance, moving from foundational posture to expressive combinations:
Mindful Warm-up: We start with gentle stretching and posture alignment to prep your core and lower back for the isolations to come.
The Fundamentals: You’ll learn the "Big Three"--Sharp hits (hips and chest), Fluid movements (figure-eights and undulations), and Shimmies. We’ll focus on isolating specific muscle groups while keeping the rest of the body relaxed.
Progressive Routine: Each week, we’ll add layers to a short, upbeat choreography. By the third week, you’ll be able to string these movements together into a seamless dance.
Adaptive Instruction: As a mixed-level class, we offer "layers." Beginners can focus on the base movement, while more experienced students can add arm styling or complex footwork.

​What to Wear
Clothing: Comfortable leggings or yoga pants and a form-fitting top (so you can see your movements in the mirror).
Footwear: Bare feet, dance paws, or soft-soled ballet flats.
The Fun Part: Hip scarves are highly encouraged! If you don't have one, we often have extras to borrow—the jingling helps you "hear" your rhythm and timing.

This $60 three-week series is designed for adults who want to explore the fluid, expressive world of contemporary dance without the pressure of a high-intensity environment. Whether you are returning to the studio after a break or crossing over from our beginner ballet classes, this workshop offers a grounded and welcoming space to move.

Class Overview
When: Mondays at 7:00 PM - 8:15PM
Dates: May 4, May 11, and May 18
Level: Mixed Level (Beginner-Friendly)
Focus: Flow, Floorwork, and Musicality
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each 75-minute session is structured to build your confidence and physical "vocabulary" over the three-week period:
Guided Warm-up: We begin with breath-centered floor work including core and stretch.
Contemporary Technique: You’ll learn the basics of "release technique"—using gravity and momentum rather than just muscle power. We’ll practice transitions from standing to the floor and back up again safely.
Progressive Choreography: Over the three weeks, we will piece together a short, soulful routine. This allows you to move past "learning the steps" and start focusing on the emotion and musicality of the movement. Choreography will include some turns, leaps and floorwork
Low-Pressure Environment: The "mixed level" format means modifications are always provided. If you’re a total beginner, we focus on the foundation; if you have more experience, we’ll offer ways to add complexity and texture to your movement.
Most students wear:
Leggings or fitted joggers
A leotard, fitted t-shirt or tank top
Socks, foot undeez, or bare feet (ballet slippers are fine too)
