About Me: Hi, I'm Erin, a Ballet Instructor and Movement Specialist
I am dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness, flexibility, and wellness goals. Through our customized private lessons, I combine classical dance technique with elite somatic training to help you build a balanced, strong, and injury-resistant body.
Every body is different, so I design individualized programs tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals.

American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Certified Teacher: I am qualified from Pre-Primary through Level 5 to give you precise, high-level classical ballet instruction.
Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor: I focus on mindfulness, breathwork, deep flexibility, and proper alignment.
Certified Pilates Instructor: I tailor these exercises to help you build core stability, functional strength, and pelvic floor engagement.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Certified: I use muscle memory activation to help you improve your posture, weight placement, and deep core strength.
Acrobatique Certified Acrobatics Instructor: I offer expert guidance to safely improve your flexibility and spatial awareness.
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education: This degree gives me a deep understanding of motor-skill development and how we learn, which helps me break down complex movements easily for you.
