Combat Fitness Training (CFT) was developed by retired NYPD Officers who were Certified Police Instructors and Trainers in Fitness, Tactics, and Enforcement. The trainers at CFT specialize in Hand-to-Hand Combat training and all share one common goal for our clients:

any lifestyle. Our head instructors are Descendants of the Masters (D.O.M) under Paul Vunak with direct lineage to Dan Inosonato, and Bruce Lee. CFT is a Certified Martial Arts facility for Jeet Kune Do (JKD) to instruct and train hand to hand combat and fitness training for Law Enforcement Agencies and the General Public.
