Known as the hard style, Yoshinkan is the style created by the late Gozo Shioda after studying with O' Sensei. While all styles of Aikido have similar techniques, Yoshinkan Aikido is unique in that it focuses on basic movements to create stronger fundamentals that lead to more powerful and effective techniques.
