Hey everyone it's that time again! We will be holding the biggest loser competition Registration will be starting January 26-28 at the Cave 6:30pm -8pm each night. Registration fee is 25 dollars and all registration fees will go in the winning pot.

We at No Option Fitness want to say thanks to each and every past, present, and future members. 2024 was our establishing year and it was a great one. We have come to know many of you and have enjoyed the friendships created. As 2025 gets kicked off let's make this year even better.

When you look at things trying to add it up it may always look the same. For example 2+2=4 2×2=4. They both look the same when you start, but when you stay the course and stop trying to add it up and start multiplying what you do, you will start skipping levels. For example 2+3=5. 2×3=6. They both look the same but when you start multiplying, you start jumping in front of those that's still trying to add...

I dont know who actually needed to hear this but It's time to start multiplying whatever it is you are doing to reach your goal in life.
