So I have been quite remiss in posting here, but I have good news. I am nearing the end of the 4th week of 9 week control freak, and I'm feeling very good about it. I'd love to hear what you are doing to improve your physical fitness and/or health.

Who's ready to join me on a squat challenge? The shortest month of the year starts next week. That's a pretty short term commitment, right, Just 28 days. I've done the math and we can do 3000 crunches and 3000 squats if we do 100 each per day and 125 on the weekends.

Day one of 21 day fix food plan went well, still need to work on getting all my veggie portions in, but otherwise I'm on my way.

My son and I did our first workout this morning. We did it with an 8 lb medicine ball instead of the ball that comes with it, and boy am I going to feel that tomorrow. We would love to have some others on the same schedule as us. Let us know if you are going to join us. It was quite fun.

Do any of you struggle with self confidence. I know I do. And I find that the better I take care of myself the better my self confidence is. So I'm going to have a good self confidence day today and aim to keep it that way. I would love to here strategies for improving self confidence.

Well I've got to do something. So here's today's food plan. My eating has gotten ridiculous. I did good for a few days but then went back, so toast "Here is to a new day and a new commitment. Here here". ........ that's water in my cup
