Idaho Arms & Ammo is officially moving forward with processing NFA items using the 4473 without a Form 4, subject to the requirements we have been given.

There is ONE CAVEAT:

👉 You must provide proof of your GOA membership.
👉 A copy of your GOA membership must be provided to us for our records.

That's it. We have our clarification, we've done our due diligence, and we're ready to get this process moving. And for everyone who has been patiently waiting...

🚨 NFA UPDATE FROM IDAHO ARMS & AMMO 🚨

We’re still waiting on “guidance” from our legal team so we can be 100% clear on what we can and cannot do regarding NFA items under the new process.

We know a LOT of people in the Valley, and across the country, are frustrated and ready to get moving. We understand that frustration. We’re frustrated too.

That said, our local customers have been absolutely fantastic and more than understanding while we work through the details. We appreciate you guys more than you know.

And just so we’re clear on something:

CLARIFICATION IS NOT ASKING PERMISSION.

We are not asking anyone to tell us whether we are “allowed” to exercise our rights. We are making sure we understand the current process, the legal landscape, and our responsibilities as a business before we move forward.

There is a big difference between asking permission and getting legal clarification.

So before anyone jumps into the comments with the keyboard-warrior routine, understand that we are doing our due diligence to protect our business, our customers, and our ability to continue serving this community.

Don’t be a keyboard warrior. Get the facts first. 😉

Here’s the good news:

👉 You are welcome to purchase a suppressor from us and place it on hold while we wait for our final clarification.

We have a meeting with our attorney next week, and as soon as we have the answers we need, we’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
