ot into the fitness industry with one goal: to change it. She was tired of the advertisements and sales tactics being pushed on people to make them feel inadequate - all for the sake of profit. She was frustrated by the gender bias and assumptions being placed on women in the gym (and the weight room) and wanted to make strength available to anyone who wanted it.

Hopefully it includes heading out to Mad Swede Brewing on Cole Rd. to cheer on some badass brawny babes as they throw down in an epic strongwoman competition! 💪

Enjoy great beer, an audience participation event, and a raffle—with all proceeds benefiting the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence.

This event is family-friendly, so bring the whole crew! Don’t forget to bring a chair so you’ve got a comfy spot to watch all the action.

Wall sits may look easy, but they’re a killer way to build lower-body strength, endurance, and core stability—all without any equipment!

✅ Strengthens quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core

✅ Improves muscular endurance for a variety of activities

✅ Low-impact & joint-friendly, great for knee stability

✅ Boosts mental toughness—holding that burn takes focus!

To do one: Slide down a wall until your knees hit 90 degrees, keep your back flat, and hold for 20-60 seconds. Add them to your routine and feel the difference!
