•I will be teaching a series of 8 Stretch & Flex classes at Ballet Idaho Academy over the next three months. Exercises are inspired by Pilates, Gyrotonics, floor barre, Yoga, and Modern dance to help develop safe and accurate alignment while lengthening and strengthening the body for ballet technique. Breathing and meditation practices will teach students had to cope and flourish in the dance world.
•First class is today, 6/21, and there is one Monday, 6/24.
•All classes are 12:30-1:30 pm at .
•$7 drop-in or $40 for all 8 classes!
•Open class!

New Yoga time Tomorrow 1-2ish. I'm planning on going to Steph Orza's class in Eagle at 10:45-12:15 and then driving to Meridian to teach. Let me know if you want to carpool. $15 for Steph's, $10 for yoga! Gas=free!

This is an all-levels vinyasa class. It is open to the public, but mostly we get dancers and other athletes. Each week we vary class from restorative, stretch, arm-balancing, and inversions depending on who shows up and what we want to accomplish. It is $10 for a drop-in! I can drive!!!
