Because none of us are getting more hours in the day.
None of us are getting more years guaranteed.
None of us know exactly how much time we actually have.

But we DO get to decide what we do with the time we’re given. 💛

We get to decide if we spend it scrolling or showing up.
If we spend it making excuses or making progress.
If we spend it shrinking back or stepping forward.
If we spend it surviving or actually living 🙌

You can’t add more days to your life, girl.

But you CAN add more life to your days💪

That’s what strength day is really about.

We've all been there—the moment when your trainer utters those infamous words, "One more rep!" But deep down, you feel like you've reached your limit. It's in these challenging moments that true growth happens. It's when we dig deep, tap into our inner strength, and discover what we're truly capable of.

Sure, it's tempting to give in, to call it quits when fatigue sets in. But remember, the magic lies just beyond your comfort zone. Embrace that burning sensation, that struggle, and push yourself to that extra rep. It's in these moments of pushing beyond our perceived limits that we unleash our untapped potential.
