5 Quick and Effective Exercises You Can Do Anywhere, Anytime

1. **Bodyweight Squats:** Great for legs and glutes. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower your body by bending your knees, and then push through your heels to return to the starting position.

2. **Push-Ups:** Excellent for upper body strength. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart, lower your body by bending your elbows, and then push back up.

3. **Plank:** Works your core muscles. Get into a push-up position, but with your weight on your forearms, and hold your body in a straight line from head to heels.

4. **Lunges:** Targets your legs and improves balance. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle, then return to the starting position and switch legs.

5. **Jumping Jacks:** A full-body cardio exercise. Start with your feet together and arms at your sides, then jump while raising your arms and spreading your legs. Jump again to return to the starting position.

These exercises require no equipment and can be easily incorporated into a daily routine!
