Collin Ciarlo CPT- owner/trainer for Summit Seekers Personal Training

Collin grew up in northern Idaho and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors in Human Biology. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as others. He has been a personal trainer since 2015 and started Summit Seekers Personal Training L.L.C in 2017. Besides fitness and bio-mechanics he is passionate about exploring Idaho and climbing mountains around the western United States. In 2020 he completed the Idaho Centennial Trail. We are moving to our new location this week! We will be on the corner of Eagle and

This is Fran and Gary (my parents, both in their late 60s) crushing their cardio workout last week! High intensity cardio workouts are important for people of all ages, but can take a lot of work before they can be done safely. Both Fran and Gary do mobility training, strength training, and moderate intensity cardio training along with these high intensity workouts! Jonah going through a kettle bell chain we put together for him. (It's sped up for time) Kettlebell swings take practice, but once you have them down they are great for these chains. Chains are groups of exercises linked together that burn lots of calories, build strength, and work cardio! They will get you in shape fast!
