🥊🔥 EVERY FIGHTER STARTS SOMEWHERE. 🔥🥊

With Beat It setting the tone, our juniors geared up for their very first sparring class!

They’re brand-new to sparring, so tonight wasn’t about winning rounds or looking perfect. It was about learning the basics, getting comfortable, listening to their instructors, and finding the courage to try something new.

They took that first step—and we couldn’t be prouder. 🖤💛

Twenty years… that’s honestly hard to put into words.

Meridian is the youngest LivConfident location, so we haven’t been here for every chapter of this story, but we feel the impact of what was built before us every time a nervous child finds their confidence,every time a parent tells us that martial arts is making a difference at home and in their child’s life at school.

Sr. Master Jude Grayson, thank you.

Thank you for believing in this mission long before our Meridian school ever existed. Thank you for the years of hard work people witnessed—and especially for the long days, difficult decisions and personal sacrifices most people never saw. Thank you for changing the course of our family’s lives.

What you built gave the rest of us something meaningful to carry forward.

We are incredibly grateful that Meridian gets to be part of the LivConfident family. Being the youngest location doesn’t make us feel separate from this history—it makes us feel responsible for honoring it and adding something worthwhile to it.

Happy 20th anniversary, LivConfident. We’re proud of where this began, grateful for everyone who helped build it and genuinely excited for the many decades still ahead.

🔥 TONIGHT WASN’T JUST TRAINING. IT WAS PREPARATION. 🔥

🐯 Tiny Tigers had weapons in hand, building control, coordination, focus, and confidence from the ground up.

🥋 Color Belts worked BULLY DEFENSE because confidence means more when a student knows how to stand their ground, use their voice, and refuse to be intimidated.

⚔️ Black Belts went deeper with WEAPONS TRAINING + STREET DEFENSE because advanced training isn’t about looking impressive.

It’s about being ready.

Ready to think.
Ready to react.
Ready to protect yourself.
Ready to protect others.

We don’t train students to hope pressure never comes.
